PARIS, September 6 - Completel announced today the signature of a strategic partnership of telecom services with Afone, a telecom operator (including DSL access and voice traffic). This partnership stems from the expansion plan announced by Completel on July 22. Under this plan, Completel will unbundle the local loop in more than 80 metropolitan areas. Afone is therefore becoming Completel's first customer for its new network.
