KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 11 -Environmental Systems Corporation (ESC), one of the leading emissions monitoring providers to power generation and industrial sources, announces StackVision, a revolutionary stack data acquisition system software solution, is founded on innovative business logic that represents a new philosophy of compliance for plant emissions monitoring and reporting. The StackVision software offers advanced automation, real-time monitoring and analysis, intuitive user interface, and the ability to support the array of emerging regulations and standards for multi-pollutant control and compliance reporting.

"With new regulations such as the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR), Mercury and the ECMPS program poised to take effect, StackVision software is designed as a single framework to enable compliance with all air regulations, old and new," said Dr. Jack Missimer, ESC president. "Based on ESC's more than 30 years in the environmental compliance industry, the StackVision system positions power generators and industrial sources to weather the storm of new- compliance uncertainty."

StackVision software is designed to fit seamlessly into existing operations and enable compliance connectivity, data collection, storage, and custom report generation via a standard Microsoft Windows user interface. The new StackVision system offers a number of features to enable plants to have greater control over compliance management, including:

-- Customizable Operator Console. Operators use a visual schematic to

hone in on input from each monitor and stack. The Microsoft Windows

based system is easy and intuitive to learn and operate.

-- "Right Now" Data Analysis. Having completely up-to-date data all the

time automates reporting and increases control over the process.

-- MS SQL Database. MS SQL 2005 provides a scalable, industry standard

relational database along with excellent tools for report writing,

     security auditing archiving and backup.

-- Easy Installs and Updates. StackVision's modular design is based on a

Microsoft .NET architecture which enables quick and simple updates

throughout the network, ensuring that users are up-to-date with the

     latest capabilities and compliance approach.

-- Configurable reports. Users can run a wide variety of reports, and

configure reports to meet individual state and company requirements.

The StackVision system will be available from ESC and its partners in January 2006. The system will be provided as a complimentary upgrade for current customers of ESC's EMR or Expert systems, and StackVision is designed to provide a smooth transition from these systems. ESC will provide a range of training offerings and startup assistance to new and existing customers.

"We are making software solutions the single focus of our business. The first result of this focus will be visible with our next-generation StackVision software architecture, due to hit the market in January 2006," Missimer said. "ESC today delivers the leading data acquisition and analysis systems for continuous emissions monitoring. We expect to extend that leadership by advancing the underlying technologies, by developing new products and opportunities for our partners, and by delivering the tools our customers need to handle increasingly complex and stringent reporting requirements and emissions regulations."
