Morgan Beaumont Updates Fiscal First Quarter Revenue Guidance and Provides Outlook for Second Quarter

     First Quarter of 2006 to Be Up 30% Above Prior Guidance;

     Second Quarter to Be Up Approximately 50% Higher Than First Quarter

    BRADENTON, Fla., Jan. 17 - Morgan Beaumont, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MBEU), a premier technology solution provider to the Stored Value and Prepaid Card market and owner of the SIRE Network(TM), today announced that, after preliminary review, fiscal 2006 first quarter revenue for the period ended December 31, 2005 is now estimated to be over 30% higher than previous guidance.

    Cliff Wildes, CEO of Morgan Beaumont, stated, "As we disclosed on December 13, 2005, we projected that net revenue in the first three months of fiscal 2006 would be greater than total net revenue for the entire fiscal year 2005 of $1,089,673. We now estimate that our first quarter net revenue to be approximately $1,425,000, approximately 240% above last year's first quarter and over 30% higher than all of last year's net revenue.

    "We continue to experience significant revenue ramp and estimate that second quarter revenue will climb to over $2 million, up approximately 50% sequentially over the first quarter of 2006.
