Burton Kloster Joins Brainware as Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Senior sales & marketing executive to direct Brainware's global sales &

     channel marketing operations

    DULLES, Va., Jan. 9 // -- Brainware, Inc. has named Burton J. Kloster III as its new Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Kloster will manage Brainware's global sales activities, furthering the growth of Brainware's vertical channels, OEM relationships, and other alliances and partnerships.

    Kloster is a senior sales executive with more than 22 years of experience in developing "go to market" strategies for enterprise software and IT service solutions. Prior to joining Brainware, Kloster directed business development and sales for CAS Severn Inc., an award-winning IBM Premier Business Partner in Laurel, MD. Kloster oversaw CAS Severn's sales of software development services, business IT consulting, infrastructure optimization, information lifecycle management, and operational support to a variety of companies, government agencies, and education sector customers.

    Before joining CAS Severn in 1996, Kloster held progressively senior sales and management positions with several IBM business units in the Washington, D.C. area, including its Satellite Business Systems (SBS), Global Services, General Business, and Washington Financial divisions. Throughout his IBM tenure, Kloster directed market penetration, strategic alliance development, and sales for a variety of IBM software applications, systems integration, and service solutions to Fortune 500 accounts.
